Since then Scott has worked with several businesses in the Metro Washington DC area. Some as large as Mobil Oil Corporation and The Catholic University of America as well as small non-profits. With 20 years experience, a broad range of skills and strong conceptual thinking, Ridings Design can bring about the effective communication of your ideas. Primarily an award winning print design firm, Scott has designed environmental graphics as well as some web and video related work and of course a lot of logos and branding work. The Principal Creative...that's me!

Scott Ridings is the Principal Creative at Ridings Design. After graduation from Virginia Commonwealth University Scott worked for several small clients and became a contract graphic designer in the marketing department at Mobil Oil Corporation in Fairfax, VA. Scott left Mobil, a few years later, and began working for small agencies and even more private clients, gleaning all that he could from the masters of successful businesses. Scott worked his way up the ladder and has another 11 years experience as an Art Director in the Marketing Department of Navy Federal Credit Union, the worlds largest credit union. At Navy Scott learned even more about integrated target marketing. He has conceptualized and produced identity packages, ads for print and broadcast, trade shows and environmental graphics, and other integrated graphic communication initiatives. Scott has learned a great deal from some of the best in their field, always trying to improve the quality he gives to his clients. Current clients are branching into retail packaging and even more brand identity work. Scott looks forward to listening about your story and how he can make you even more successful.
